I have recently taken on a new client in North Carolina. He told me that he was on the Adkins Diet for 5 years and is alive to tell me about. One year ago he went to a 100% vegetarian diet and told me that his cholesterol is at an excellent level and that he also lost weight. He takes vitamin B12 to supplement his vegetarian diet. Anyway, many of you are probably thinking, “where does he get his protein?” To which I reply, animal products are not the best source of protein for our bodies but that is what we were taught in public schools which is run by our enemy, the Devil. One more thing, my new client asked me if I eat meat and I told him that I eat meet about twice a week. And unfortunately I eat more meat than just scaly fish (like salmon). He told me he doesn’t judge people who meat and that is a good thing because eating meat is not a sin although it usually be an unhealthy decision just like eating a donut.
